MTM Membership Form

The MTM Project is eager to partner with your congregation, school, or church and share our resources and services with you so that you might use technology more often and more effectively.

IF YOUR LCMS DISTRICT IS ALREADY A PARTNER IN THE MTM PROJECT…
The annual membership for an individual church or school is only $350.  Complete the one-page membership form on this page and return it as directed with your check or money order payable to “MTM-SWD.”   

IF YOUR DISTRICT IS NOT A PARTNER MEMBER IN THE MTM PROJECT…
Encourage your education executive to join the project. The membership will enable all schools of the district to benefit. Or join MTM as an individual school for only $550 annually.  Complete the one-page membership form on this page and return it as directed with your check or money order made payable to “MTM-SWD.”

NOTE:  If your school participates in one of these Lutheran Organizations - Lutheran School Portal, LEA, or ALSS,  you may deduct an additional $50 off the membership fee.

The technology classes offered by MTM are taught through Concordia University Wisconsin. The cost for each student to take a graduate level course at Concordia is $1305.00. MTM and Concordia have teamed together and provide scholarships and grants for each teacher that takes any MTM class because they have seen the importance of a program such as MTM. Please take advantage of these amazing offers and feel free to contact us with any questions.
